Account data (email, optional nickname, password stored only as an encrypted hash); subscription and payment status (card and payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — the Platform never touches or stores them); usage data (symbols you look up, feature-run records, necessary server access logs including IP and timestamps); essential cookies for login sessions and theme preference only — no advertising trackers. We do not collect your brokerage holdings, bank statements or identity documents. Broker-connection credentials, if you use that feature, are used solely to communicate with your own broker on your instruction.
To create and maintain your account, verify subscription status, deliver the software features you request, keep the service secure (anti-abuse, troubleshooting, rate control), and meet legal obligations. We do not use personal data for advertising and do not sell personal data to anyone.
Data is stored on cloud servers in the Asia-Pacific region (Amazon Web Services); all transport is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS; passwords are stored as encrypted hashes only; database and server access is key- and permission-controlled. Upon account-deletion request we delete personal data within 30 days except where retention is legally required.
Stripe, Inc. (order information necessary for payment; card details go to Stripe directly); cloud infrastructure provider AWS (encrypted hosted data); market-data vendors receive no user personal data whatsoever. Beyond these and legal compulsion, no personal data is shared with any third party.
Access and correct your account data in-app; request an export of your personal data; request account deletion; withdraw consent by ceasing use and deleting your account. Contact info@pengrantechnology.com; we respond within 15 business days.
